Meet Eric, our Registered Massage Therapist with a degree in Kinesiology and a genuine passion for helping others move and feel their best. With a patient-centered approach and a strong understanding of exercise, movement, and musculoskeletal health, Eric provides personalized treatments tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

Before each treatment, Eric takes the time to understand each patient’s unique patterns of tension, posture, movement, and comfort. He blends therapeutic and Swedish massage techniques to address muscle tension, support circulation, promote relaxation, and help the body move with greater ease. Attentive, and thoughtful in his approach, Eric adapts each treatment to the individual, ensuring that every session is comfortable, purposeful, and tailored to what their body needs.
